3.1 Booking Process

The charter reservation process mandates that you:

  • Have reached the age of majority, which is 18 years
  • Submit precise and comprehensive personal details
  • Remit the preliminary deposit as indicated in the booking acknowledgement

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your reservation occurs upon successful payment and issuance of our written confirmation. We retain the discretion to decline services to anyone.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Pricing for our services is quoted in € and incorporates all relevant taxes, unless specified otherwise. Prices are susceptible to alterations without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: Half of the entire charter cost to be paid upon booking
  • Balance: To be settled 48 hours preceding the departure of the charter
  • Additional charges (if applicable): Payable after the charter concludes

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments are accepted through major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. Transactions are processed employing secure, encrypted protocols.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If cancellation occurs more than 72 hours prior to departure: a full refund minus processing fees is issued
  • If cancellation is made 24-72 hours before departure: a 50% refund is granted
  • If cancellation is less than 24 hours before departure: no refund is provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In instances where our captain deems weather conditions to be hazardous, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter to an alternate available date without additional costs
  • Issue a complete refund if rescheduling cannot be accommodated

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should mechanical trouble arise with the yacht allocated to your reservation, we will strive to supply an acceptable alternative. In the absence of a substitute, a complete refund will be rendered.
